Born of fire

At the heart of our restaurant stands the wood-fired oven, the forno a legna. A real fire blazes inside it, and out of it comes what matters most to us: a pizza with a thin, airy base, a smoky crust and the aroma that only an open flame can give.

Good taste takes time. We make many things ourselves — fatto in casa — warm, easy-going and with genuine Italian hospitality.
